Import or export through us — no IEC of your own needed
Mindware, Gulshan Marwah's company, has held an Import Export Code since 2010. For a service fee we buy and import goods into India, or buy and export goods from India, in Mindware's own name — and invoice you. You get the goods (or the export sale) without registering your own IEC first.

Who it is for

How it works
- 1Tell us what you want to import or export, quantity, value and countries.
- 2We check the product's rules (licences, BIS, FSSAI, restrictions) and send you a quotation with our service fee.
- 3After KYC and payment, Mindware buys the goods and handles shipping, customs clearance and documents in its own name.
- 4You receive the goods with Mindware's GST invoice — or, for exports, we sell to your overseas buyer and settle with you as agreed.
Good to know
- We trade in Mindware's own name as a merchant importer / exporter. We do not lend our IEC for someone else to ship their goods under it — that is not permitted.
- KYC is required (company documents, GST if any). Payments only through banking channels.
- Prohibited and restricted goods, and anything needing a licence we cannot obtain, are not accepted.
- Service fee and timelines are quoted per shipment, depending on product, value and route.
