Edible oils, oilseeds and cotton are generally free (plant quarantine/FSSAI apply), and urea is STE-only. Tur, urad and yellow peas are free until 31 Mar 2027 (yellow peas need IMS registration). Raw sugar TRQ of 10 lakh MT is open duty-free until 31 Dec 2026.
