FAQ
Is ISPM-15 needed for wooden packing?
Most countries require wooden packaging material (pallets, crates) to be treated and marked under ISPM-15; we use treated, marked wood when the destination requires it.
Do you handle small (LCL) shipments?
Yes — LCL consolidation for smaller cargo and FCL for full containers, as well as air freight for urgent shipments.
Who clears the goods through customs?
Licensed customs brokers on the Gulshan Marwah panel handle clearance; Mindware coordinates the documents and the shipment.
