Digital delivery
All services sold on gulshanmarwah.com are digital services delivered by email, WhatsApp and on the website. We do not ship physical products. Goods that you buy from suppliers are shipped by those suppliers under the terms of your contract with them.
Delivery timelines
- Memberships (including the Compliance Panel): your access link is emailed immediately after a successful online payment, or within 1 business day after a manual UPI / bank transfer payment is confirmed.
- Exporter listings and Company Catalogues: go live after our review, within 2 business days of payment and receipt of the required information.
- Import / sourcing requests: you receive our first response within 2 business days.
- On-site visits: carried out on the dates agreed with you in writing.
