Privacy Policy

Gulshan Marwah (gulshanmarwah.com) is an India import/export facilitation portal for overseas importers, foreign exporters to India and Indian exporters. The site and its services are operated by Mindware Infotech ("MINDWARE", "we", "us"), New Delhi, India. Mindware Infotech is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect only what you give us through our forms, plus minimal technical information:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number and company name, when you request a quote, enquire, buy a membership or contact us.
• Supplier details: for Indian companies that list with us or publish a Company Catalogue, business information such as GSTIN and IEC, products and company profile.
• Request details: the products, quantities, countries and other information you include in an import or sourcing request.
• Payment records: the amount, plan, date and payment reference. Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay and are not stored by us.

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not store IP addresses. Visits are counted using a visitor hash that rotates daily, so we cannot recognise you across days or build a profile of you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To respond to your enquiries and import / sourcing requests and to provide the services you purchase.
• To match buyers with suitable Indian suppliers and exporters.
• To process payments, send receipts and membership access links, and manage subscriptions.
• To review and publish supplier listings and catalogues.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

Supplier catalogues are shown publicly in anonymous form. A supplier's identity and contact details are shown only to paid members. Suppliers who list with us agree to this display of their business information.

• Razorpay — processes online payments (cards, UPI, net banking and UPI AutoPay). Razorpay handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we do not store card data.
• Hostinger — our email (SMTP) provider, used to send and receive emails.
• Suppliers and buyers — when you ask us to act on a request, we share the details needed to do so with the relevant counterparties.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) you have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we process about you;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected and updated;
• have your data erased when it is no longer needed, and withdraw consent;
• have your grievances addressed by our grievance officer, and nominate another person to exercise your rights.

If you are in the European Union (or the UK / EEA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We are based in India and process data in India. Because we serve importers and exporters worldwide, your data may be transferred between India and the countries of the buyers or suppliers involved in your request.
