Gulshan Marwah (gulshanmarwah.com) is an India import/export facilitation portal for overseas importers, foreign exporters to India and Indian exporters. The website and services are operated by Mindware Infotech ("MINDWARE", "we", "us"), New Delhi, India. By using the website or buying a service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Service Delivery Policy.

We act as a sourcing, quality and facilitation agent. Contracts for the sale of goods are made directly between the buyer and the supplier. We are not a party to those contracts and are not the seller, manufacturer, carrier or importer of record of any goods, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Information on the website, including trade rules, regulatory updates and trade data, is provided for general guidance. It is not legal or customs advice, and you should confirm requirements with the relevant authorities before acting on it.

• Import / sourcing service packages — a US$99 deposit to start a request, plus fixed-price packages.
• On-site visits — US$1,000 per day; travel and hotel costs are extra.
• Exporter listing — ₹1,200 per month, ₹3,600 per quarter or ₹13,400 per year.
• Compliance Panel — US$100 for 4 countries for 12 months.
• Company Catalogue — India: ₹20,000 + 18% GST for the first year, then US$800 per year renewal; India 5-year: ₹1,80,000 + 18% GST; foreign companies: US$1,500; China: US$1,000.

The price shown on the website or in our written quote at the time of purchase applies. Taxes such as GST are charged where applicable.

Payments are received in the name MINDWARE. You can pay online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, and UPI AutoPay for listing subscriptions) or manually by UPI or bank transfer. Listing subscriptions paid by UPI AutoPay renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.

• Provide accurate and complete information, including company details such as GSTIN and IEC where requested.
• Comply with the import and export laws of India and of your own country.
• Do not misuse the website, copy supplier data in bulk, or use member-only supplier contact details for spam or any unlawful purpose.
• Keep your membership access link private; it is for your own use.

Listings and catalogues are published after our review. We may edit, decline or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or against these terms. Suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

We take reasonable care in identifying and checking suppliers, but we do not guarantee the performance, quality or delivery of goods by any supplier or the payment by any buyer. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The website content, design and data compilations belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
